For your convenience a block of rooms will set aside for show exhibitors and guests Monday, 3/24 and Tuesday, 3/25. (Additional rooms may be available for days preceding and following our reserved date at the same price.) No charge for wi-fi connection! Courtesy shuttle to/from the airport/train station/bus station.

Both Convention Center and Hotel parking garages are in the same building…if you’re not staying at the Hyatt be sure to look for the Convention Center signs.
Traveling from the East (Syracuse, Wayne County, Auburn, Waterloo, Geneva Thruway to Exit 45 (490 W) to Rochester. Follow signs to downtown. Exit Clinton Ave. Merge to Clinton. 3 traffic lights to Broad St. Left onto Broad. Go through 1 light. Make a right into Parking Garage. The Convention Center is connected to the Garage.
Traveling from West (Buffalo, Batavia, LeRoy and Pembroke). Thruway to Exit 47 (490 E). 490 E to Downtown. Exit Inner Loop east (exit 13) and take St. Paul exit. Turn right onto St. Paul. Go through 4 traffic lights crossing over Main St. The South Avenue Parking Garage is on the left. The Convention Center is connected to the garage.
Traveling from the South (Avon, Dansville, Corning) 390 N to Rochester. Follow signs to DOWNTOWN (390 N to 490 E). Exit Inner Loop east (exit 13) and take St. Paul exit. Turn right onto St. Paul. Go through 4 traffic lights crossing over Main St. The South Avenue Parking Garage is on the left. The Convention Center is connected to the garage.
Traveling from the Greater Rochester International Airport Take 390 N to Rochester. Follow signs to DOWNTOWN (390 N to 490 E). Exit Inner Loop east (exit 13) and take St. Paul exit. Turn right onto St. Paul. Go through 4 traffic lights crossing over Main St. The South Avenue Parking Garage is on the left. The Convention Center is connected to the garage.
